He is one of the founder of Talampally Group and Managing Director of Tallampally Rubbers Pvt. Ltd., which is founded in 2007 with skilled engineers and workers with a mission to save the environment to reuse old used tyres and reproduce the reclaim rubbers which will be used for manufacture of different products like tyres, mattings, conveyor belts, batteries etc. it is through his conscious effort that company has emerged today as a trust - worthy supplier of reclaimed rubber. He is visionary leader and having vast experience in the field of rubber & its processing. Under his leadership, the company has achieved enviable growth. He has been the driving force in successful implementation of various initiatives & strategies which positioned the company to current level. He is presently a President of Talampallys Souharda Sahakari Niyamita started in 2019. Its main aim is to give relief for common public to support their financial needs at a reasonable rate of interest, minimum formalities and having flexible repayment periods.

His mission is to act as a friend, Philosopher and Guide to students to bring out the inherent talents of each student, identify their weakness and guide them to build their personality with the aim of making them better citizens of tomorrow.

He is one of the founder of Talampally Group and Managing Director of Santhosh Buildwel Infra Pvt. Ltd., which is a construction company. His main aim is to Set High Standard in the Construction Field by providing the Comprehensive Solution & Foster innovative thoughts. To do challenging projects under adverse conditions and in various locations, some of which have been in remote villages in northern Karnataka. Developing innovative engineering solutions under various circumstances is our forte. He is also a secretary of Basavakalyan Educational Trust which is established in 1999 with an aim to give high quality education in Hyderabad-Karnataka region.
